"The pharmacy is awful, i don’t know if it’s understaffing or what but it seems like the staff has no idea what they’re doing. I’ve had to wait over 4 days for scripts to be filled ended up having to follow up with my healthcare providers and insurance company about delays myself, despite the “no action needed” updates. Long waits for phone calls to be answered, the curbside pick up service is lacking too. Things are always out of stock. I don’t usually leave reviews, and I especially hate leaving bad ones having worked in customer service, but there are better Walgreens locations."

"One of the worst pharmacy ever I have seen. Their manager is the rudest person I have ever seen. First of all, she doesn’t know english. Second, she believes in treating her customers rudely, arrogantly, and not helping them find the right product. When I asked her for an OTC medication, she said she has it in stock but it would take 8 hours to stock it. Then she said, they don’t carry it. When I asked her to match the price for another product, she showed me totally unrelated product. She yells at her customers and provides the worst service like we buy their stuff for free. Teach her some manners, ethics, and respect. If you can’t train your managers, fire them. There was another employee who suggested to buy the same product from the Walgreens next block. Thanks to him for showing me another place and I got the same product within the offer price. Learn to promote the right people."
