"Pharmacy is obviously understaffed and overwhelmed. Very frustrating to be told prescriptions are available for pickup, then go to store over an hour later to discover they haven't been filled yet. I feel sorry for the employees who seem to be trying to do their best. This pharmacy obviously has more business than it can effectively handle."
"Slowest pharmacy, not to mention I had an easy fill item and told to come back even though I had other prescriptions filled to pick up. Excuse was they had a call out and didn’t want to add extra work load. Being I worked for a Walgreens pharmacy before I know my prescription was a cell item that could have been filled and cleared quickly . Not like a controlled substance that needed to be counted by hand and so forth. I’m about to transfer out . Frustrating lines and drive up."
"Anila is indeed a great asset to have at your pharmacy! She has earned our confidence to select you as our choice pharmacy. She is always attentive to all customers, i was trying to find a vitamin and she didn't hesitate to ask me if i needed help. Wish some of her customer service mannerisms and personality world rub off on some of the other staff behind the pharmacy counter, the rest sucks!"
"The pharmacy here is ridiculous. Every time I call I just sit on hold. Didn’t fill my order for over four hours then when I finally drive there to check on it since I can’t get thru to anyone on the phone. Stood in line for over 20 min while 1 tech helped people at the drive thru & two other techs continued to fill scripts while they had 6 people inside the store in line needing help. When I finally get assisted they tell me they are out of stock & give me my prescription back to take somewhere else instead of transferring it for me. Not helpful at all when people need their medication. I called the Walgreens in Roselle on Maple Ave. & they answered their phone in less than 10 min & had my prescription filled in an hour."
"Zero star rating if I could. I have come here for all my covid vaccines in the past. Pharmacy associate took my insurance card, checked me in, told me I was "all set." Pharmacist then asked for my insurance card because "they couldn't get it to work," and after 20 minutes told me that my insurance didn't work there for vaccines and I had to go to CVS. They kept me waiting an hour to tell me that. They kept a whole bunch of other people waiting too."
