"Great selection of items; However their customer service is terrible. Had only one register open with over 10 people in line. The manager seemed to be gossiping instead of assisting. Over 5 different associates passed by to mention something to the only cashier, but not one person opened another register."

"Out of stock of about 45% on everything...guess after the holidays that's normal but tired of the supply chain excuse. I believe there only selling mostly returned stuff and people were kinda rude. 1.5 star at this location at this time. Plenty of free parking and good prices if you find anything not damaged or returned."

"There were many different items at reasonable prices. The store was ok but things were not in order and quality on some things weren't the greatest. Was fairly clean. The cashier was coughing and didn't have a mask on and I am in treatment for cancer and am double masked and double bolstered but am at high risk for infection so I mentioned that she should be wearing a mask and that she coughed right in front of me, so she said sorry and turned around to get a mask and put it on. She did ask me if I was 55 or older and said it's senior citizen discount day and I am 57 so I was pleasantly surprised. Over all it was a good experience."

"Decent selection of products but a bit disorganized. We ended going to the Marshall across the street for better quality."

"Best thing of this Ross is it opens at 9am. Good home decor stuff on sale. Good place for quick pickups. Also friendly staff"
