"*This review is for the pharmacy.* I didn’t get the name of the taller, older, caucasoid male working back there this last Sunday (3/3/24) @ noon but my mother and I simply asked if they had syringes so we could easily administer liquids and he threw it at us. If I had a drink, I would’ve thrown it at him. He has no business working with the general public being that rude to people over nothing. I hope he gets transferred somewhere else and is treated horribly. Thanks for reading and have a lovely day to everyone besides that guy. The rest of the workers are great people, I’m sure."

"Terrible experience trying to schedule a covid test with a representative on the phone 1 800 shop CVS. after 30 Minutes and me asking for a supervisor , NO one was able to help me, at Walgreens it's a 25 dollar co pay, CVS Told me $69. I'll just go to Walgreens"

"Big Shoutout to this CVS for allowing somebody to use my stolen debit card to purchase items. And a special shoutout to LeAnne or Lynn (whichever name she said on the phone) for getting an attitude with me and telling me the police would have to request the security footage. Phenomenal customer service all around.."

"I attempted to purchase allergy medication there was no associates in sight I was not greeted by the associate in the front of the store who was loading money into the self checkout machine. Another customer was wanting assistance and she told him to wait until she was done loading the machine as if she couldn’t have done that at a later time. I worked at cvs for 9 years and this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. Please retrain your staff on how to greet and offer help I walked out my money can be spent where I am appreciated."
