"i usually go to this place to get some basic necessities but i went there with my daughter and she is 13 and i left her in the makeup isle with one of her freinds. i came back to a lady yelling at her for simply looking at the color of one of the lipsticks. usually the workers are kind here but i guess they hired someone new. won’t be coming back anytime soon!"

"Two questions: 1-Why would associate approval be necessary to purchase peanut butter pretzels ? 2-Why wasn’t there a single employee in the store to provide assistance? I understand cutting costs, but it can’t be at the expense of the customer experience. I left without my peanut butter pretzels and won’t be returning."

"I've been a loyal customer of this CVS for 2+ years, but today I am firing them. I got a 30% off coupon in the mail, loaded up a cart with stuff, and then was told the coupon didn't work because they couldn't find my phone number. I also ordered a 'same day' photo print online and that order apparently never went through. The folks who work there are my neighbors, and they do their best; unfortunately they're the ones who will suffer if their corporate overlords decide not to run their business well. There are about 20 other stores nearby that offer everything they do, so I'll give one of them a try. I guess when covid tests & vaccinations provide 2 years of windfall profits, corporate HQ doesn't really have to try any more to satisfy customers. Sad to have to write this review."

"I visit this CVS because it is close to my job, but I am not a fan. The people working here are incredibly lazy and there is hardly ever anyone by the register. One time the cashier actually took a break and just told me to go to the pharmacy to check out. Super inconsiderate and slow staff. Their store is also never stocked with basic items like water and Coke and most of the time shelves stay empty for weeks on end. If someone has an issue with the self checkout sometimes it takes the staff 10+ minutes to notice. If you have the option to go somewhere else, do it."

"When I walked in and started looking around I wondered why this place looked a lot nicer than the Walgreens near my house. Obviously it was because it's a CVS and not a Walgreens that looks so different lol. Well I was wandering around looking for what I needed I was approached by Beverly who was the cashier and she gave me some great advice and was really kind. She had to go back up to ring up a customer but in the meantime I was engaged by Josh and I think he was a manager. He was very helpful and also gave me a good recommendation. This place is near my work and if I need to go to a drugstore I'm going back to this one! Thanks Josh and Beverly for a great experience."
