"I'll call this location Pharmacy A. Tried getting a prescription filled, but they were out. When asked if they could call another location to see if it was in stock, the pharmacist said it was against policy to do so. When I asked the pharmacist at another location (Pharmacy B) about this, they said this was not the case and calling other pharmacies to check was fine. When I asked the pharmacist at Pharmacy A about it, they said that the manager sets the policy at each location. However, when I asked the pharmacist at Pharmacy B about it, they said it wasn't the case either. I sent a report on their customer report website to find out the truth. But it sounds like the whoever's in charge of Pharmacy A is just making stuff up."

"I have had multiple upsetting experiences at this pharmacy and each time am met with no remorse or sympathy. The pharmacist is out right rude (Malinka). She blames the customer. They are exceptionally slow where you want them to be fast and then fast when you need them to slow down and give an explanation. I wish this wasn’t the closest pharmacy to my home but it’s probably worth driving further than going back to here any more. Rude, slow, and insensitive. I wish Walgreens would hold these franchises accountable"

"Another 21 minute wait without any car movement in the drive-through. Finally had to leave again. This is a constant scenario. There is no one efficient managing the drive ups. I think I’m going to have to switch my pharmacy. Walgreens at Glen ellyn is the worst."

"This is really bad customer service and the employees are really rude especially the employee with name of Emily I when to pick up my kids prescription medicine, and the lady has the power to tell me that me and my two little girls we have order of no trespassing seriously in my opinion is so illegally to that employee told my kids of 10 and 12 years old I went to the police station to ask about it because I didn’t know about the restriction and station told me that I don’t have any restriction or my kid, but my kids mom does I don’t understand why the employee with the name Emily has the power to tell me that I have order of no trespassing"

"Not going to lie, the same thing happened with me where I was denied my prescription even though it was an error on their end and they misread the label. I mean wow...thats someones mental...at least for me it is. This happened AGAIN with the same tech, and when I told him the mess up, he just kinda went like "yea ok no problem" and hung up real quick. You think you would be more caring when you mess up that bad, again. Something like "my goodness sir, we will waive the fee for the prescription or give me like...literally anything...even just a more genuine apology so I don't feel like my gut is a washing machine after trying to pickup healing supplements. Literally the only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because Dianne works the service window and is a delight whenever I see her. I've never had an issue with the staff. But the techs will make mistakes and then act like it was no big deal to have you drive around confused for 2 days just to pick it back up from the same place.."
