"Went to get a vaccine today. Hard working staffs. Clean and nice facility."
"Done with this pharmacy. They have no clue what is going on. I went to pick up vital meds I need that I was told were ready by the automated system. They couldn’t find my prescription. They then said they couldn’t refill due to “technical issues” but said it would be ready the next day. Next day came and went. So did another and another. Now I received a message they are out of stock & are ordering it & it will be ready in a few days. I can’t wait a few days. I’m moving all my prescriptions to a completely different pharmacy & am done with Walgreens now forever."
"Listen I’ve been going to this store since I was a kid and now as an adult I have never been so terribly treated as I was tonight. My boyfriend and I had run in to grab a quick drink after my 7 hour shift and didn’t realize it was 10 minutes until close. Still, we were moving efficiently and only got a couple of things but was rudely yelled at by some employee to “hurry up” even though it has just turned 10. Now embarrassed we quickly rushed over to the counter to pay but was berated by her once again (she was not checking us out in fact she was holding her things ready to leave) saying how stupid it was that we didn’t know every Walgreens closed at 10. My boyfriend once again apologized to our cashier who was (contrary to the rude employee) very polite and helpful even telling us not to worry too much about it. After we paid we begin to make our way to the doors but the left door has appeared been locked despite there still being other customers besides us inside and was yelled at for a THIRD time by this unpleasant employee that we had to use the other door (never specifying the right side) even though my boyfriend was already walking in that direction. I will have anyone reading this know the time was 10:01 at the time of departure from the doors. I truly cannot believe that people like that can work in customer service. While I do love the convenience of my neighborhood Walgreens I hope to never encounter that rude purple haired employee again."
"Big big minus. I'm in the US on vacation and I can function everywhere using my passport. At any store, bank, post office, even other Walgreens locations. I'm 23, which means I'm a full grown adult in the US and I'm entitled to buy tobacco products or alcohol. This establishment is the only one near me where I can walk to in an orderly fashion. The first time I was sold cigarettes with no problem, the second time the lady refused to sell me cigarettes and wine because I don't have a US ID and she can't, I went to try my luck the third time, again a different lady clerk sold me cigarettes and wine, but the fourth time there was a lady at the register who wouldn't sell me cigarettes even the last time, again I left angry with no cigarettes to another store. Apparently the sales lady wants to make her job easier, as neither the US flowering documents nor your establishment's documents state that the sale of alcohol and tobacco products is only taxed with a US ID!!! I'm pissed and I have many friends in the US who told me that they won't visit the Walgreens chain anymore either after my experience."
"Pharmacy can’t be bothered to follow standard timelines or specific dates mentioned in multiple voicemails. can’t count on getting my rx filled the same week or month these days, thank god they’re in a mad dash to cancel prescriptions before I show up and before any deadlines or ultimatums. oh and it’s your fault for not ordering what they cancelled without telling you. Ruthless Inefficiency. Zero Integrity."
