"Pharmacy has become nothing but insane wait times and constant attitude. I understand they are busy, I'm sure every pharmacy is busy, something needs to be done about it. The attitudes from almost all the workers here are horrible and this is over several visits. They will also restock and cancel your prescription well before the window is up."

"Disappointed with the service at this Walgreens in the pharmacy department. They don’t bother to call when your medicine is ready and when you call to ask about it, they give attitude. I was told my meds would be ready in 30 minutes. An hour goes by I hear nothing so I call just to be told it will be another 30 minutes. Ridiculous. Get better staff."

"It would be nice if someone picked up once in a while for the pharmacy. I understand that you are busy. But putting people on hold indefinitely when you aren't ever going to pick up is frustrating. Since there is no way of getting a person on the phone, when you say that our medication will be ready in about an hour, but after 5 hours you are told that they are still working on it is also frustrating especially if you live farther away and never receive any text messages saying that it's ready for pickup. The only 24 hour pharmacy nearby, but it may be better if you wait for another non 24 hour place to be open to get your medication the next day. I hope something can be done to improve the service at this location."
