"I appreciate the hard work of the staff in this location. I know they are very busy, however they provide professional service on timely fashion. They are always nice and make you feel welcome."
"Don’t go there, we have a 3:00 pm appointment for vaccine, and we wait until 4:30 pm"
"Don’t go here. They don’t even know what they have in stock. I was told multiple times that my prescription was ready, then I was told that it would be ready in 30 minutes, then 30 minutes later, it was magically on backorder. They have no idea what they’re doing."
"Gave two weeks notice that I'd be traveling through the area and would they have my prescription in stock and ready. They said yes, only for me to show up and learn they couldn't fill it. Then was lied to (according to other Walgreens) when she said she couldn't see who had it in stock. Then the young lady said to go to another Walgreen pharmacist, and that they could transfer it. Drove twenty minutes, only for the other pharmacist to tell me I was blatantly lied to."
"The pharmacy is very poorly run and the staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing. I had an appointment for a flu shot and showed up 5 minutes early. I was third in a line that didn't move for 10 minutes. Several employees walked by to take care of the drive-up window or answer the phone but no one seemed to care about the people inside the store. By the time I got to the window there were 7 people behind me. I had filled out my info online but I still offered my insurance card just in case. They said that they didn't need it and to take a seat. 20 minutes later I asked how long it was going to take and they said that they were very busy and it would be a bit longer. Why offer appointments if you don't honor them. 5 minutes later they asked for my insurance card and then had me sit down again. After another 5 minutes they asked me to fill out an information form which asked for the data that I had entered online. I mentioned that I had filled it out online and they said that it hadn't come through, which means that someone forgot to print it out. At this point I left and made an appointment for the next day at CVS down the street. I was greeted at CVS within 2 minutes of my arrival and had my shot and was able to walk out within 7 minutes."
