"Do not go to this Walgreens! My mother and I were racially discriminated against and accused by Chelsea when we came in to purchase wine and paper cups. She was by the photo area and decided to be unprofessional and yell at us and said as we’re continuing to look at other items while having the wine in my hand, “you better not put that in your bag” here I am as a consumer being treated disrespected. And then she had a aggressive demeanor and threatened to call the police because I didn’t want to purchase the wine on her time. I wanted to purchase all of my items together, like I usually do when I come into Walgreens. She then called her manager and he wasn’t professional as well and told us to never come back, when we told us how we were being treated by the employee Chelsea.This is the first time this has happened to me and I will make sure that I as well as my family and friends won’t come into this location due to being a racist location!!"

"The staffs(not pharmacy department) were not friendly and unprofessionally. Seem like they need to get more sleep and training. I’ll avoid go to this location if possible."

"This is seriously the WORST Walgreens I have ever been to. Luckily this is a location close to work that I sometimes use and not my local store close to home. I had a prescription filled here once and I stood at the counter for 20 minutes before I was finally helped. The store is always dirty and smells bad. The coolers have been broken for close to 6 months now. I hate going here and at this point will probably just stop using this location on my lunch breaks."

"Very nice and competent people work at the pharmacy. However, Walgreen’s needs to do fix its drug ordering process. The level of coordination required is baffling and defies the tenets of the functioning of a basic business. I wonder how much accountability, if any, exists. Do better, Walgreen’s. Or the competitive market will make that decision for you."

"I asked for help today by someone saying that she was “management “ - who was of no help at all and used unkind language. Who are they now hiring? She was in her 40’s, wearing oversized white Dr. Marten boots, jeans, had her hair self-dyed with odd colors, her teeth were literally rotten, and she spoke using “ain’t “ and double negatives. I sincerely feel for her if Walgreens does not have a dental plan and don’t wish to judge her on that, but her overall abrasive demeanor, poor speech, and unprofessional appearance raise reasonable concerns. I cannot believe that this person meets acceptable standards for a pharmacy. Plus, she was all attitude and of no help. What’s with it, Walgreens?"
