"I go to this store every day almost, I love the staff and the new manager Crystal is doing an outstanding job! Tonight I went in there ... There was a new employee working while ringing me up I did not get greeted by this woman and infact the whole time I stood there no words were spoken to me only to the other person working as she shouted across the store not a hello a goodbye nothing just rang my stuff up and continued to talk to the other person working I was so disappointed leaving!"

I didn't get her name but a younger African American woman was both customer focused AND genuinely friendly & helpful. Whoever she is, please keep her bc she seems really good at her job.
