Schnucks Loves Park

"They're okay but they don't sell some pretty basic cooking items like parchment paper. Sale items aren't restocked through the day. Worst now is self checkout is going to 10 items limit. I'll just go to another store."

"This is my quick in and out grocery store! Items are easy to find. The meat and seafood team are very friendly! The produce people are very helpful too. The bakery has the best donuts and cakes made special order!"

"Worst customer service ever! I was looking for a specific Pepsi product which I found at the Roscoe location but they only had one 12 pack of cans and the sale was buy two and get one free. The nice customer service lady at the Roscoe location recommended I try the Loves Park location because it was the closest one to Roscoe and she recommended that I call first to see if they had any. I called and talked to a lady at customer service and she paged someone in the store. The phone rang forever and no one picked up and it went back to customer service. She paged someone again and it continued to ring again forever. I was on hold for over 8 minutes. It finally went back to the customer service lady and I explained to her specifically what I was looking for and she put me on hold and came back two minutes later and told me she looked on the app and they do not sell that soda at that location and hung up. I have the app on my phone and searched for it with the exact description I gave the lady at customer service and lo and behold it was on the app!?!? I do not know what official Schnucks app the lady at customer service was using that she claimed it was not even sold at that location or even better yet, look it up on the computer at customer service. So I went to the Loves Park location and they had six 12 packs which I bought all six after the store employee told me they did not sell it there. Great customer service, NOT!"

"The only thing that irks me about Schnucks is the prices. They do have a good selection of otherwise hard to find items, so that's a positive. But for everyday items, they are exponentially more expensive than say Wal-Mart. If you're on a strict budget, unfortunately, this is not your store. The store itself is clean and well laid out. The staff is friendly and helpful. Not a fan of their checkout protocols. Overall a store, if you're still working. If you rely on social security, nope, not your store."

"Went here many times for cakes and was always pleased. Last one for a birthday, frosting was mashed under the cover and separated from the cake even before taking the lid off. Very disappointed to get such poor quality and charged $23 for a 10" cake. No bakers on site to fix. It made me decide to never get a cake here again."
