"They are so rude one of the employees said they had 10 min to close and I walked down an aisle and he followed me to tell me they had 8 min to close. He didn’t tell any of the other customers just me I felt embarrassed and stalked rushing me to leave when I was getting a few items I left my items and took off very angry and upset I hate this five and below"
"Bought some pijamas with a tag labeled as medium and they ended up being extra large. Came in to exchange them for the right size and employees refused the exchange. Showed them another pair on the shelf mislabeled with the same mistake. Employee looked bewildered but still refused the exchange without the receipt because “corporate says”. Talk about lack of initiative or desire to provide a positive experience. Left my purchase there anyway, you can keep the $5 and your mislabeled products. Incompetence level through the roof + trash customer service. First and last time I buy something at this junk outlet."
