"I've spent thousands of dollars in here and the EXPECTATION that was set was that they would buy their silver back at melt price. Today I went in and they bought it back at a dollar under and I was upset about this... The guy with the beard in there mouthed off at me several times because I was upset. I would not have been up set if they would have set the proper expectations with me to begin with... And when a customer gets upset who spends thousands of dollars buying gold and silver in your establishment the WORST THING YOU CAN DO IS lose your temper. He said he was getting tired of people getting upset about it... Which means they do this to people s lot. I probably would have come back despite being upset initially but I will not come back simply due to his losing his temper besides the fact he always has a pistol in his waist band. I'm pro gun but that whole experience was awful... The young lady at the counter was kind to me. She was the only professional in the store apparently."

"Sketchy location in with Kratom and other drug related paraphernalia. Staff wasn't too friendly Prices above Redbook Grades are artificially inflated Wouldn't recommend to my worse enemy and wont be back. Just greedy."
