"We were so pleased with what Jennifer and her staff offered and how beautiful this venue was. It is a great way to have an outdoor feel without having to worry about wind or weather. Having a separate room for the reception was also huge so you didn’t have to go too many places."
"Okay, I gave this a 3 Star because I have had some dear friends get married here and have had a wonderful experience. That being said, I called to book an appointment. And was given not very kind customer service. Was short and rude and almost insulting for the date I asked for. Not sure if they were having a bad day, or if I was talking to a fill in. But if this was the business owner the conversation was not handled very professionally and I was very disappointed with the customer service. I would of left a 1 star, but I have a had several friends have wonderful experiences at this venue. It is a great venue, but personally I did not receive good customer service and I hope from reading this and this venue will set in policies in place to be more kind and welcoming over the phone. -Draven I called a fews days ago asking for the 31st of December. Thank you for getting back to me. I bet you could pull the call and listen in."
