"Kinda bummed out….Ordered a $50 cup from here and when it arrived I could tell there was no protection around it. Sure enough it had two huge dents in which stinks when you pay that much for an item. Unfortunately the lady I spoke to was super nice and understanding about returning it but the cup is no longer in stock and they won’t be getting it back again."

"I am a tad disappointed in customer service. I have been a frequent online-customer for a while now and this last time I accidentally made a typo on my email. When I messaged customer service with the correction the response made me feel chastised for making the mistake. There was literally no thank you for your purchase or anything like that…..it was a fairly large order. Unfortunately, it makes me want to find a new favorite boutique."

"You can not remove yourself from their mailing list and constant spam. In March someone ordered an item using my email address by accident. The unsubscribe function on their emails doesn’t work and I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their mailing list but keep getting emails, confirmation that I’ve been removed or that the request has been passed on, and then get another spam email. Your personal information clearly isn’t safe with them if they don’t even have control over their own mailing lists."

"This is one of my favorite places to visit in Canyon, TX (and order online). They always have cute, classy, and in-style clothes for everyone. The staff is amazing and always so friendly and helpful."

This store had really cute designs on premium brand shirts, so we placed an order on a Saturday afternoon. It was in my mailbox by Tuesday! So great products, fast shipping, and there was a handwritten thank you included. I love small business for those reasons exactly and look forward to visiting the store in-person next time we are in Canyon!"
