"Edit please. Lived here 21 years. It is called Sometime Island. It is owned by point Venture poa. Not public, if the water is low obviously people stop to utilize it When the road is exposed to it it becomes part of the pvpoa park and you have to pay dues and own a home here to go out to the end of the peninsula. ".Sometimes Island ""
"Boats that pass by make fun waves for kids. No quick deep drop off and kids can go further into the water. Access option 1: by boat or jet ski Access option 2: private park - residents, their guests or if you rent a place in that neighborhood you can have access to the park. Unfortunately I dont know anyone but I wish I did. I might just have to rent a place sometime for me and the kiddos so that I can get them on that island."
"Does anyone know what the real name of this island is when it makes an appearance? People in the neighborhood are saying that "Baby Girl Island" isn't it. What is it's actual name? When the lake levels are up this is normally a shallow sand bar. When the lake levels are down, the small island emerges, then grows until it’s a sizable peninsula. It’s attached to a private park with a private entrance so it’s inaccessible to the public. Lots of sand, no amenities. Great place to watch the sunset."
"When the lake is low, the island is accesible also by land. It has sand and kids love it. It's a bit windy and empty, but it is a great place to watch the sunset and relax. Definitely worth a visit!"
