"Just bad , Chris told me my airpods were "fake" just because his co worker told him to look up the weight on the airpods, he said they are fake because the airpods weight more than what google says, when i bought this airpods full price lol , horrible way to make businesss , this pawn shop was the only good pawn shop left in the area now they got people "authenticating" items by the weight of the product , what a joke"

"I have been a very long time customer of Bayou Pawn on Winkler always greeted by such friendly and eager to help employees BUT I had the worst encounter of humiliation and disrespect by Mr Erik the MANAGER! I fell in love with some earrings and noticed they had been put back on display. I and the employee asked If I could repurchase or put back in layway at same price. The verbiage body language and laughter in my face that Mr. ERIK performed and ultimately told me that if I wanted them bad enough to pay full retail or put them on layway at a higher price! He also told told me I could call corporate, what was one phone call going to do! He was so disrespectful even the employee apologized for his DISGUSTING behavior. NEVER EVER will I or my family return!"
