"It is a nice wide open space with a paved trail that runs the perimeter. However, many people have decided to use the path for ATVs and cars. There is a homeless encampment in the trees along the water near the spillway in the back. Trash is an issue in the parking area. With that said, come during the day with a companion and it will probably be fine."
"Beautiful place to jog and take a walk. Only bad part is the trash people leave, the motor vehicles that get on the trail and the small parking lot."
"Great place for jogging. But there should really be a no cyciclist sign. Go cycle next to the bayou and quit getting upset at people jogging."

"The gate was closed and it doesn't look like there is any parking lot. Just grass and mud holes to drive on. This place is more suitable for those that live in the neighborhood and can walk here."
