"Very pleasant and friendly park. The office manager is one of the sweetest ladies you will ever meet. The maintenance team lives on site and they do a great job with everything. They are the nicest people. This park is convenient to Tomball and Magnolia. We love the trees and the country like setting of this park. We will definitely be back."

"Jason, the new management is really cleaning up the place!! We stayed here 2 weeks and saw a change just in that short time. The community feeling here is nice, the full timers were nice and visited with us and made us feel comfortable there! Everyone keeps a watch out for each other here. The laundry room is nice with several new washers and dryers. A free ice machine was a nice amenity! The restrooms were being cleaned and redone as we left. Nice to see someone come in and care and make the place nice! The pool looked nice and clean although we did not use it, out of season. A basketball goal and play area for the kids to gather was also a nice plus. We will definitely come back when working in the area! The cost was also exceptional!! Very inexpensive!! Thank you Jason for a nice stay!"

"Harassment from RV park manager up to physically assault, stolen property, refusal of receipts or return deposit. Unclean property up to vultures circling the pool area, much less a unsanitary pool. Kids running around all hours of the night unattended by parents or left to other's. If I could give a double or triple negative I would definitely do so."

"The new park owner's are doing their best to help the drug dealers and their customers on finding a different place to call home. The courts system is running it's course and thats not an over night fix. Good news, lots of new open spots and the park is about to undergo a complex renovation. The new owner's are serious, a complete staff change has taken place and their putting their money were their mouth is! Should be interesting"

"Decker Prairie RV Park is a great park with a swimming pool that has a outdoor grill an plenty of space to lounge an enjoy a hot summer day. There is a nice small pond that has bench seating an catch an release fishing. Decker Prairie RV Park, welcomes pets and they also have just recently installed brand new front-loading high efficiency washing machine and dryers. They have men and women's bathroom and shower facilities, and they do also offer soda machines and vending machine access. And you get all of this at a great rate! This is a park that is making a come back in a big way. Go see for yourself, talk to Ashley the manager. I recommend this park TOTALLY."
