"Our pool project with Stellar Custom Pools is in the final stages. I wanted to post this review because I am hoping that someone else will see it and it's the least I can do to try to give something back. We signed a pool contract with a local contractor in April of 2021. We were given the run around for months and months and eventually the contractor abandoned the project around November of 2021. In most situations I don't call someone out from behind a keyboard, but after what this gentlemen did to us, and what he has done to others in the time since, he deserves it. Never use Steve Creswell or Image Pools. The first few photos show what we were left with. We met with numerous pool builders to try to find a way to get our pool finished. The results were discouraging. Either they didn't want the project at all (understandable) or they quoted us at a number that we simply couldn't afford. At one point, we were ready to just give up. Our kids were so depressed. Can you imagine, as a child, seeing a pool get started in the summer of 2021, only to see that dream snatched away? I get a text one day from a friend of mine who mentioned that his pool builder had seen what we were experiencing, and wanted to help. This is when Stellar Custom Pools (Bill and Tiffany) stepped in and gave us some hope. When we received our estimate, I questioned Bill as to whether he was even going to make any money from this. I think they just wanted to help. They consistently promised that we would be happy in the end. Seeing the state of our backyard, it was hard for us to believe. Fast forward to today. Look at the remaining pictures. We had some bumps along the way due to defects caused by Steve Creswell, but Bill and Tiffany always had a solution that worked for us both aesthetically and economically. It is still a bit surreal to look out my back windows and see a complete transformation. I'd give 10 stars if I could."

"UPDATE: since posting this review 3 hours ago. Stellar has contacted us in a text message stating they loss money on the deal (which we paid them $52k+ for a remodel) and intend on suing us for slander and loss due to their incompetence. Granted we have a contract (which when it benefited them they held us to it) We have all emails, text, and photos that show it was us reaching out to them with zero response. On top of receipts from another pool company to correct and add what they did not do. No reviews were posted at the time I posted my original review. Beware consumers!!! This review is solely intended to warn other consumers so they do not have the nightmare experience we had. Original post 7/18/2020 1:30pm CST Signed the contract with them in December 2020 for remodel of our current pool. Yes there was the winter storm but the first time we used it was May 2nd. The Hot Tub, after contacting them several times to show us how to run the equipment. We were always contacting them for any information. They have zero customer service. You literally have to stay on them if you intend to get anything done. Fire bowls were installed last week. Fire glass (not what we picked) put in yesterday. We have always paid them on time with zero delay. One pump was not connected to the panel, and they claimed the wifi connection was not included. Even though the owners manuals were left in our outdoor kitchen. And our neighbor works for Pentair and told us it’s a package you buy. We had to pay another pool company $1,500 to install and hook up the items they did not. We have had a pump blow out and stop working... and continue to have electrical issues with our outdoor kitchen. Also, we had to haul in dirt and lay three pallets of grass to repair our yard. Get an itemized list with all details of expectation. However, it plainly states on the selections the fire glass is to match the waterline tile... and yet we ended up with cobalt blue. The lack of communication is the worse I have ever seen for a company providing a service. Stay far away from this company! 8 months to complete a remodel and zero communication! Horrible!"

"Stellar Custom pools an Absolutely phenomenal, family run business in Magnolia. Initially upon purchasing our home there was a crack in the mud line of our new pool. We called Stellar out and the technicians were on site within 48 hours and within the week the process was underway to fix our leak situation. We were so enamored with the timeliness and exceptional work on the tiling, coping, and repair work that we decided to have extra changes implemented including pebble Tec addition to the bottom ultimately resurfacing our pool. Tiffany was incredibly hands-on through the entire process eating us and picking colors that not only would look good in our pool but even cohesive with the exterior of our home, and Bill was on site at least every other day answering our questions and checking with workers to see the entire job was not only performed on time but without any incident. The customer service was exceptional and we have continued to use Stellar for our pool maintenance as well. If you are looking for a company that values your opinions, offers fantastic customer service, and top-notch value look no further than stellar custom pools."
