As I dealt more with them and began to know them better, they educated me, notified me on deadlines all the while being super busy, accommodating customers and establishing good rapport. They're a good "go-to" when in need of fast or emergency cash. Thx guys."

Called on the phone before I went in and they put me on hold and told me I could bring in a part and when I get there they tell me they can’t take it and didn’t even try to help at all. Don’t come here they won’t offer you any good prices and they definitely do not have good customer service!! 1 star pawn shop"

"I don’t want to recommend this awful pawn shop to buy anything. It has awful and liar service. Some days ago I already bought a computer. When I bought it, the manager called Hernando told me if it has any problem I can bring back and it can be replaced for any other machine. The computer was working but it has a problem with two usbs and therefore I wanted to replace for another one but Hernando didn’t receive it and he lied with his promise and now I don’t have anything to do. Hernando is unresponsive and a liar. I don’t recommend in absolute this pawn shop to buy, I tell you with my hand in my heart"
