"If you like to read HONEST reviews, read mine. I've never shopped at any pawnshops, matter of fact when I came in it was honestly just to look. The staff was friendly from the second I walked in and made sure to check in on me as I looked around. I ended up really liking a laptop and actually putting it on layaway, and they actually gave me a REALLY decent price considering the brand. A lot of the reviews I've read so far just seem like it's from people who wanted way too much for their items, take in mind this is a PAWN shop. If you want more, then go sell it yourself on Offer Up or Marketplace, simple! As for MYSELF however, I loved the customer service I received and am STILL receiving since I came back and actually looked at cameras as well (oops), I'll probably be making another purchase again soon. They also cleaned a very important necklace for me while I was waiting for a camera to charge, it's clear to me that they do care about their customers, they're just not gonna deal with any dis-respectfulness, and honestly they don't have to just because you're the customer. :) 10/10 from me! I will definitely be returning to make more purchases."

"I have been a customer since 2015 when this shop first opened and they had been pretty reliable up until recent. I have made both purchases and loans from this shop and scored some pretty nice stuff. My gold Michael Kors watch is one of my favorite things I’ve purchased from here. I had several things on loan with them and I tried to stay up to date on all my loans. I’ve even refinanced my loans but they always kept me up to date on my items. I’ve never lost anything until now. I had been Following up on several items making sure I didn’t lose them. I called today to discuss getting my last 2 items out and they tell me not only was it pulled 2 days ago but that someone had already put it on layaway and there was nothing I could do to get it back. When I asked to speak to the manager Ralph, who I thought I had a good rapport with, he was very nonchalant and apathetic to my distress. I work in customer service and I know that the key to successful business is having good relationships with people and your customers. He showed me that there is no value for people at this place. They just care about the money they make off of your stuff. They have lost a good customer for life."
