"I showed up to this business twice right at their displayed scheduled opening time of 9am. The first time they didn't open until 9:23am. I was initially there to see if they accepted DVD & Blu-rays. They didn't, which I totally understand. Everything is digital nowadays so I went about my day. I arrived today just prior to 9am wanting to use a firearm of mine as collateral to obtain a loan. I waited until 9:10 a.m. & eventually left not wanting to wait an other 20 minutes. I called the shop to inquire as to why they can't open on their scheduled time & was given an excuse involving employees on vacation & having to work long hours. If I treated my job like that I'd get fired! The woman got defensive with me when I called her out about it & then she asks me if I was the guy who asked about them accepting DVDs a couple days prior. I said I was. When I felt she wasn't going to take my phone call seriously, I wished her a nice day & concluded the call. Before she hung up the phone I heard her tell an other employee that I was mad because they wouldn't buy my DVDs and Blu-ray discs. This is not true. I want to make it abundantly clear that I was upset that my time was wasted because people can not show up to work on time & then when confronted about it they make excuses as to why it's ok to not open on time. This just goes to show you that some people are incapable of taking responsibility. This isn't the type of business I want to associate myself with. If I were you I'd think twice before I'd do business with this pawn shop."
