"I have never been treated so rudely . Liz was incredible RUDE. If not had the James Avery I would have left& never returned. I was treated great Sunday when put another lay-a-way on. I've been in almost all the EZ Pawn stores& great people. Liz just cost this store a lot. I had every intention in putting all the other James Avery on layaway but not now. I was short $3 from putting another$500+ on and she said NOPE she can't control that. My granddaughter has my credit card so only had a little cash. The whole experience was RUDE. I wanted to take pictures so could send to granddaughters& friend to show what they had... She was just RUDE."

"Please be advised: I have had trouble at this store getting the 24 hour return/refund policy honored. I’ve been an EZPawn customer for about 10 years across numerous locations and have never had any issue returning a product within 24 hours for a full refund to my card except at this store. I was told that it is now their policy to ONLY offer store credit, which is NOT correct according to the district manager. This is also NOT what I was told pre-purchase by the sales associate; in fact, I made sure to get multiple explicit confirmations from her before purchase that full cash refunds were offered within the first 24 hours. I never would have purchased a product I couldn’t test in-store without that guarantee. I am still giving 2 stars because the manager eventually gave the refund, and I also had a follow-up conversation with the district manager which I felt was productive. However, I did not appreciate the aggressive and adversarial attitude towards my situation from another associate in the store — there are many ways to politely enforce a policy without being dismissive and rude to longtime customers. I recommend that if you shop here, you only purchase items you personally are able to fully test in the store at the time of purchase. Do not assume items have been tested by staff as they could have been damaged or returned since they were originally bought in. These restrictions are very inconvenient but otherwise you could be left with a dead or intermittently working item with no way to get your money back. Lastly, I hope the store revisits this topic in training for their employees. It is critically important that store employees clearly and correctly communicate the policy to customers. In my case, this did not happen."
