Atascosa RV Park is a gated community located at 5134 Farm to Market Road 1784 in Pleasanton, Texas. With only 24 spacious full hookup sites, including pull-thru and back-in options, our park offers a peaceful and secure environment for our guests.

As owners Mike and Camila Mares live next door, they are always monitoring the park to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. The majority of our guests work in the oil field industry, so we prioritize providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere for them to rest after a long day at work.

We offer amenities such as water, sewer, ice, and unlimited WiFi included in the rates. Guests can also use our coin-operated washers and dryers, as well as the free ice dispensing machine located outside the laundry facility. Both 50 and 30 amp service options are available at the same rate.

Although we do not have cable service, guests can enjoy excellent reception of San Antonio local stations. Additionally, an outdoor shower facility is available for guests to use.

Atascosa RV Park accepts major credit and debit cards, checks, and cash. Mike and Camila are dedicated to serving their guests and making sure their stay is enjoyable. Welcome to our park!

"This is an awesome gem. Clean, quiet and the owners are great. Not far off 137 south of San Antonio. The rates can't be beat $30 (cash) or $35 (credit card) full hook up. Approximately 25 sites. Paved with patio. We have a 40ft 5th wheel with 4 slides and had no issue parking."

"Very nice clean well kept small RV park. Atmosphere was so peaceful. Had trees for some shade. Meadows surrounding the park. Came in for a one night stay - last minute. Owners were quick to answer the phone and very pleasant and helpful. Even had free ice! You need to be self contained. No public bathroom. Did have an outdoor shower. We would definitely come back when we are in the area."

"The people were incredibly friendly and helpful. The grounds were very clean, nice grass, no mud and each site had its own picnic table. Great nights sleep as it was quiet. It was a last minute stay and they charged a very fare price. If we are in this area again this is where we would stay, highly recommended it!!"

"Quiet gated park, not noisy like almost all of the other parks near the area. No road noise, the other RVers are pretty quiet. Full 30A/50A hook ups, WiFi, Sewer, and reasonably priced laundromat with a change machine. GRASS!, unlike most other "RV Parking Lots." Huge dedicated dog running area. Great place to relax and enjoy the quiet."
