"We use to love going to 6 flags until we spent over 400 dollars on season passes and they closed for the pandemic.No refund,partial refund,discount for next year,nothing.They literally tòk 400 bucks from us for nothing."

"Great water park but not without some major downsides. One being absolutely everything costs money, even finding a place to sit down costs money. Instead of focusing on nickel and diming guests, focus on enjoyable experiences and this will drive up attendance. Take a lesson from Schlitterbahn, free picnic tables for families everywhere."

"The water in all the rides and the The white water canyon was so super dirty , even right at opening. I guess they don’t clean . If that’s not bad enough , I can’t believe they made us take off our water shoes and then go ALL THE WAY BACK UP AFTERWARDS, walking BAREFOOT IN THIS HOT WEATHER ON BURNING HOT CEMENT! My kids burned their feet ! That’s ridiculous. What’s the point of water shoes then? We got burgers at Cactus Jacks and an employee named Yiaria R was working the cash register and she was super rude. She made a mad face when I asked for 5 bacon cheeseburgers , one plain and dry . Then I asked if I could get the lettuce and tomatoes on the side she said ‘no that’s a salad ‘ I told her it wasn’t . She said she isn’t allowed to make special request so I said ok then put the lettuce and tomato she said ‘no I can’t ‘ and she didn’t . I asked her why and she just walked away . A few minutes later she came back and she gave me receipt and as I grabbed it, it finished tearing off register cos she she hadn’t torn it off . She snaps at me and says ‘Next time don’t tear off receipt.’ Geez talk about attitude. Will not be returning again."

"The lazy river was great. My favorite part was the swim up bar where I could enjoy a drink, and sit and watch my little one. This year the price increased. But, I also felt this park was way less packed on the weekend in comparison to its local competitor."
