"I think this is one of the best ideas that I've come across. Kudos to the owner for putting this together. So much Jackson is a self-wash station for your dog you would walk in there are three cleaning areas two for large dogs one for a small dog. You load your dog into the bathtub close the door secure them by the leash then just like a self wash car wash you would choose to turn on the water then if you need to switch it to shampoo or conditioner you just move the dial. I recommend bringing your own dog shampoo and conditioner as well as a towel. So it's $15 for 15 minutes. Quick tip you can use the full 15 minutes and then you get two minutes to disinfect the dog tub for free afterwards. The facility is open to 10:00 p.m. which is amazing. There is a huge parking lot so it's very convenient."

"I come here often, the convenience of the location and the facility itself is great. The only thing that sucks is the floors can get really wet by someone else’s lack of clean up. As well, there have been times where the machine has run out of soap. So you paid $15 to wet your dog and dry them. I tend to leave a shampoo and conditioner for my dog in my car juuussst in case. But great spot to clean your dog and get in and out."

"First of all BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS AND SOAP. Yes they provide soap but I feel like it’s ok. I used my own. The fact they open til 10pm really does work out for me as I have an aggressive dog. No staff works there. $15 for $15 and there’s an option to go longer if needed. They are clean in there and make sure you clean your mess people be courteous."

"Last time I came here one machine wasn't working and the other was clogged with dog hair. Whole place was dirty. Today neither is working. Credit card not going through. Try chip, tap, swipe, another card, tap with phone, nothing. Called the number on the machine and told to open the lockbox for a token. Empty. Told to call the new owner for help. This used to be a good spot but no longer. Don't bother coming here. They don't care."
