"They were great with my aggressive reactive dog. He's a little monster and he needed an emergency groom, and uptown pet salon was able to fit him in on short notice and get him cleaned up. I couldn't believe how fluffy and soft he is."

"I took my guinea pig here and they cut her nails too deep and made the nails bleed she wouldn’t eat anything and in a few days she passed away. I don’t blame the salon for her death because she was already old but i do blame them for cutting her nails the wrong way, and they took her with them so i couldn’t see what they were doing. ‼️PLZ DONT TAKE YOUR SMALL ANIMALS HERE‼️"
