"100% satisfied! Just returned home from my cat's grooming (lion cut) and I couldn't be happier with the service. There aren't many places in Chicago that groom cats, but Grooming by Galdy was able to fit me in. The person I spoke with on the phone to book was pleasant and let me know up front what I needed to show proof of (e.g., vaccinations). When I got to Galdy's, I was treated with prompt service and made aware that the grooming would take 2-3 hours. It only took two. Payment was easy and best of all, my cat looks cute and well-cared for. Grooming by Galdy has earned a returning customer! Also...I don't own a car so being 5-8 minutes' walk from a CTA stop (Red Line) is helpful."
