"Yuri at the dog room is the best groomer in Chicago. She is skilled at cutting and has a wonderful way with dogs. She has groomed my poodle tony for the last eight years and She cuts with precision and creativity. Tony is a shy dog but loves going to see his auntie Yuri. They have a special bond. Another major plus is your pet is ready to be picked up in two hours. If you are looking for an expert groomer Yuri is the one!"

"I absolutely love how this place takes care of Tobi. Every single time he's there, he's so pampered and happy when he walks out, I love it. Prices are based on the dog breed & size, but it's all-inclusive pricing - I pay a reasonable price to get my dog groomed (this includes bath, haircut, nail trimming, and teeth cleaning). It doesn't take more than about 1.5 hours for him to be ready for pick up, which is so much better than any petco, petsmart, or anywhere else you would typically take your dog to. The best part is that dogs are NOT caged! They are sitting by the window, just hanging out and waiting for their owners to pick them up. This is great because my dog isn't stressed when I pick him up. I have never had any issues with any of the workers or other dogs. It's a wonderful facility and i highly recommend it."
