"Welcome to the dark ages of paying a bill. To save a couple of bucks, you can take a check to their office...really? There is no online billing website to view your monthly/weekly/daily use, or an app to use like every company in this world is using! IF the company goes under, you are going to have an entire community without any water services. BUT, I do have a positive comment: They do have very reasonable prices for water use. Bethesda Water...LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!"

"You would think a company that wants to get paid would make it more convenient to pay their bill. I absolutely despise using my checking account as a check to pay when it takes 5 business days to clear. And if it bouces for any reason you have to physically go into the business to pay?? Get with the 21st century to assist your customers with making payments."

"I don't even yet use this company BUT I AM ALREADY disappointed.....2 times they have been out by my home to fix something and to put in a new water meter and BOTH TIMES they have knocked down the American flag and BOTH TIMES there it lays upon the ground until I get home and pick it up..... seriously?! I find this pretty disappointing!!!!! I feel like this indicates not only a lack of respect.for out country.....but a lack of respect for our homes and our property but I bet they want us to respect the due date on our bill and to be kind in our interactions with the employees.....things that make you say mmmmmmm..... .."

"Poorest customer service there is. Paid over $3000 in water bills in 2 months. Paid late 1 time. Got a disconnect notice for being 1 DAY late. Guess 31 years of business means nothing to these jerks. Enjoy your $50 late fees. I am sure that is all that stands between Bethesda Water and bankruptcy."
