"Service was awful. Paid for two nights for my brother and when he showed up they denied him a room even though he was labeled as a guest when paid for. When I asked for the refund, he stated "there are no refunds". When further pressing him about the issue about getting my money back he told me I needed to speak with somebody else, so when I asked for that number he told me he didn't have the number— when I asked for the website, he told me he didn't know the website. If I could give zero out of zero stars, trust me I would. The only good thing about this place is the location, which is right next to La Quinta. The place where you ought to book your reservation to begin with."

"We rented a room for my daughter and her grandchildren. My 2 yr old granddaughter found a crackpipe under the bed. When my daughter called the police they kicked her out. Refusing to refund the money. There was also vomit under the bed and ashes on the floor and sheets. Staff was incredibly rude"

"My room was not very clean and smelled so heavy of smoke that I had a migraine by morning. We got in very late, so I didn't have time to find another hotel or I would have. There were cigarette burns in my bedding even. The check-in clerk was very friendly and effecient."

"Was asked to pay a room deposit to cover possible damages. I have never hear of such a thing. They said they would return it as soon as I checked out and there was no damage. They immediately debited it out of my account. The next morning they said they would return it as soon as they checked the room I was expecting to have it later that day. It never arrived. I called and the new story was it would take 48 hours. Don't trust one word these people say."

"I've stayed here 3 times. The first 2 went fine, but then things went very wrong. On my last stay, there was the beginning of a ROACH infestation. My wife and I had to leave. Priceline is working on getting us a refund, but it seems they can never contact anyone at the hotel who "has the authority" to help make this happen. I'm getting suspicious that the hotel just doesn't want to give a refund. I'm also wondering if they rented out our room to someone after we left, without addressing the roach problem. I sure hope they didn't plan on keeping our money for 4 nights and then booking someone else in there for the same nights after we left. I will update this review when this issue is resolved properly and fairly. * Update 11-09-2023 I have been informed that there will be no refund given. I have pictures and video of the roaches at this hotel, (it won't let me upload video on here). They can deny my accusations, but my time & date stamped pictures don't lie. So, my advice for everyone is don't stay here."
