"Went here because of all the pictures I saw and that this was apparently the longest bridge on water. On visiting there was almost no water and no birds that are supposed to be here. There being no water makes this place lose all its appeal for sure. Definitely not a place to be visited during the brutal TX summers."
"This is a place the city of Weatherford and it's residents can be proud of. We enjoyed a wonderful educational experience as well as a peaceful time spent in nature. It is a must see place if you are in the area. We especially enjoyed the interactive educational information boards placed along the trail."

"I’m writing this review 04/10/2023 and it was disappointing. It doesnt look like the pictures I saw before coming. There is no water or maybe is just the season. There is a portable bathroom that was fairly clean, no bad smell. People fishing from the bridge at the only spot that has water. Maybe this gets nicer on a different season."
