"Beautiful beach and a very meaningful place to visit if you’re a SpaceX enthusiast.. a few things to know: -there is a check point and although US citizens will not need to provide DL/ birth certificates or anything, it might be a good idea to have your DL just in case....if you're not a citizen, bring all your documents. -get gasoline where you can, it's a long drive. - there are not public restrooms on the beach. - Starbase may or may not have a public coffee shop (I heard this after leaving so worth looking into) - Do NOT trespass!! People DO get arrested.... - People do get stuck...know your vehicles limits. - Don't hang out after dark. Be aware of your surroundings and be smart. - pick up some plastic trash while there- good karma amigos Lastly..... you drive straight up to the beach...asthe road deadends there.
