"They are very rude! Nobody seems to want to be there! If you ask a question they give you an answer with attitude. And now they closed the inside building where you can't make a payment or anything you have to wait 2 hours in the line. So if you work an 8-5 job good luck trying to pay your bill unless you want an extra $3.50 charge on your card. I hate that this is where I have to pay my bill for water. I've been dealing with them for 25 years. And still! I can't get good help. What a shame."
