"Last week we took our pittie, Freddie, in for a quick nail trim. They did a great job, so this week we thought we'd take one of our older pups for a complete wash, cut, and trim - after all he deserves a spa day. He's long haired, which can be hot for summer, he now looks super cute, trim, and ready to rock the walks. We hadn't seen the reviews on here before going, and I'm glad as some of the negative reviews might have put me off. We chatted with the owner, he explained what he would do. I got there a little early to pick him up, and he was loving the pampering, 10 minutes later he was done and Patchy seems as happy with the trim as we are. They also have some healthy treats, so I picked a few of those up for my pack. All in all I loved it and will definitely be returning."

"Rich ALWAYS is amazing with my senior girl Foxy brown. She is not a big fan of the shave and she is usually badly matted. She feels like a pretty princess when she comes home. Kelly is the best with our SweetPea."

"I almost never post reviews but I felt it was necessary if it keeps any other animals from getting hurt. We picked up our dog from heads and tails and the area under his leg was bloody and cut. He also smelled like urine. The owner said it was due to a scab they hit when cutting his hair but I am pretty confident he didn’t have any cuts prior. He was still bleeding in the car so I called our vet and got him in immediately. Poor thing needed two staples in his leg and antibiotics. Pretty sure you don’t need staples from just a scab and our vet agreed. On top of it our very friendly dog snapped at the vet and vet tech the minute they just approached him- which is very out of character and makes me wonder what else he experienced there. I understand mistakes happen but I think ethically you should at least own up to your mistakes and then not charge someone for sending their dog home bleeding. The cherry on top to all of this was their credit card machine was down and I had to leave and come back with cash to pay for their butchered grooming service. Please consider going elsewhere for grooming."

"I do not recommend this place, Customer service lacks big time. Took 2 dogs in for their first groom. Only thing they received was a wash. I asked for a little trim especially around their butts and nothing was done. Was told their ears were clean and they were not. Their paws were not trimmed either. My pups were there since 9AM… picked up at 4:30."
