"One of the worst days of my life when I come in for this hotel he charging me $275 for nothing, and told me that I was smoking inside the room and I was not smoking. Advice: If you are a smoker, do not come to this hotel because they will take $275 from you. Or more because of the smell That comes from you"

"They never cleaned my room and I was there for 14 days straight. I had nothing in my room even though it was an extended stay room. No breakfast. No coffee maker in your rooms. The room wasn't very clean"

"Sub par quality. Toilet didn't work in our room. Old furniture and kitchenette in disrepair. Didn't look clean but we were exhausted and it was thr closest to get back on the highway. Never again.. .looked like people lived there."

"they didn’t vacuum under the ac unit so there was dog food, tortilla chips, and a medicine cup left on the floor. i think the rancid dog food left behind made my dog sick. there is literally never anybody at the service desk so you have to call and wait for them. their breakfast is literally just like coffee and packaged bars and muffins. there are almost always people smoking right outside the front door despite the signs that say they can’t. plus one star for all the fun halloween decorations in the lobby"

"Really went downhill since last visit a couple years ago.... was told on arrival no housekeeping so room and beds were dirty. Best thing was the cable tv.....not worth the price.."
