"I’m new to the area and Eira tore her acl the same week I closed on my house so she’s needed a groomer appointment since before she had her surgery a month ago. At this point she’s a ragamuffin with one leg and a spot on her back shaved short from surgery and everywhere else way too long. Add to that this week she got burrs stuck everywhere her face and legs especially. We didn’t have a regular groomer here yet so I started calling people on Google maps based on reviews. The Groom Room stayed late after close to fit us in and let me hold Eira while they got the burrs and matts out so her knee could stay safe. They were accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable, and very nice. I’m impressed how well she got the burs out. Can’t recommend enough, definitely found a new groomer for our new area!! I really lucked out!"

"Shame on me that I'm just now doing a review of the Groom Room. Especially given I've been taking my little buddy here for over a decade. Bridget and crew are top notch. They've always treated my pal (Brody) with care and compassion since day one. Some folks, I know I was one, are often reluctant taking their pets in to be groomed. There's that reluctance, "will they be alright?" That has never been an issue at the Groom Room. You can immediately sense your pet is in most capable hands. Furthermore, they do a great job. My terrier loves to get dirty, in as much he normally gets a boot camp trim. Not once has he shown any skin irritation or discomfort post visit. So if you are local and in need of a groomer, give the Groom Room a call... you'll be happy you did. Tell them Brody sent ya!"
