"Let me just say- I’m a busy mom and New GiGi- I do t normally leave a review unless a person/ company goes way above the norm in today’s society to be over the top helpful and just down right polite!!!! Initial phone call answered promptly. Comfortable conversation about insurance and information how to obtain medication. Did this in Austin traffic which I don’t normally drive in fyi! Phone call lasted 2-5 min tops! I was sent a text right after phone call from them giving me their phone numbers and how medication would be sent. They ship and it takes 3-5 days. My RX arrived in 2 from Illinois to Texas. I also received a text from FedEx giving me updates as to the estimated arrival date and time! Hope they get many more great reviews- well deserved!!!! "I have been excited about receiving and starting my new medication. My dr. gave me the code to receive my shipment monthly for $99 monthly. When I checked my account I had been charged $282.00 for a 3 month supply. This was never my intention to do so, or I would not have agreed to make a first time 3 month shipment for $282.00. I have been trying to reach out to someone but have been ignored. The intial conversations were great and very helpful, but I feel sending a 3 month supply for this price unexpectedly for someone just trying the medicine is very misleading. I will be returning the shipment tomorrow if the problem is not rectified."
