"Nothing to see on display here. The day I visited for the first (and last) time I was curious about prices and inventory but there was nothing to see but a plain office. Then the questions. Being curious about how precious metals market works, I started asking. Maybe I was profiled by my ethnicity, who knows? but when I asked about sell price for silver American Eagles, I was only offered spot silver price minus 10% commission, which I consider a terrible deal. Who in their rightful mind would sell a very expensive coin at spot minus 10%? Not sure if that’s general practice but I think there’s a lot of room for improvement. Planning on never setting step here, ever."
