"We have shopped at David Yurman locations all over Texas and even at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. But the level of customer service and professionalism from this boutique in Plano has been the best experience of all of them!! Julia helped us initially with an exchange that had to be ordered and shipped to her home in Waco. She followed up with emails advising of shipment information and even checked in to make sure the ring fit correctly. It didn't, and she handled getting it shipped back and another ring shipped back out. All along the way, she has made sure to stay in communication with us which has been very refreshing! I highly recommend if you're in the area, you stop by this location. You won't regret!! Thank you Julia for going the extra mile, and then some!!!"
