"A wonderful experience! A true groomer who understands breeds. My Newfoundland puppy has been getting groomed monthly to line comb and blowout his undercoat. I kept feeling knots after picking him up. Turns out they were bathing him but not grooming him! They spent over 5hrs on my boy and unfortunately, did have to remove a large mat on his back but they blended it in very well. I've already got a return appointment. Definitely recommend."

"The technician did a really thorough job cleaning my senior cats ears & nail trim. I am pleased with the results, but I do feel she may have been holding him too hard. He didn't growl or hiss at all so I could be wrong. I'm not able to trim his claws by myself & she got it done quickly. Also, they did not separate my cat from the other dogs being groomed. I was not expecting him to be out in the open with dogs, but again everything went well. The ear cleaning was really top notch, I'm very pleased! The prices are the biggest draw for me. So inexpensive for quality work! I'll be back again."
