"Would give zero stars if possible. Placed an online order for 5 simple first aid supplies (gauze pads, wrap, etc)… email confirmation said everything was packed… husband picked up the order only to get it home and realize they had left out the gauze pads that they supposedly packed- and were necessary for caring for my daughter. Called to get a simple refund, and they refused to acknowledge their mistake or refund me without me driving to the store and PROVING I didn’t get it. How do you prove you didn’t get something?! Show them the empty bag and missing $6 gauze?! It was just $6, but the customer service was extremely rude in the process. I will not return."

I have full confidence in the entire staff to make sure all my needs are met and they bend over backwards to get my doctors to refill prescriptions that have run out. The store is always tidy and clean. Very friendly, helpful staff."
