"PLEASE DO NOT USE PHIL TO BOARD YOUR DOGS! Unfortunately our experience using Phil for years has come to a sad ending. We have boarded our two dogs with him for the couple of years and continued to bc he seemed like such a nice and honest guy. His prices were reasonable and he seemed to genuinely love dogs. However, almost every time there would be something forgotten, or lost, or wouldn‘t groom them when asked etc. We overlooked a lot of things bc again, he was nice and we thought accidents happen. Well the last accident was unforgivable. Our female pup had a UTI and was in heat the weekend we brought her at the end of May so Phil should have been keeping an extra eye on her to make sure no male dogs bothered her. We had set up an appointment to have her spayed after we returned from our trip. To make a long story short, she ended up PREGNANT, and he denied the whole thing! He said there were no male dogs at his facility that weekend which was IMPOSSIBLE bc I just had a baby and my dogs do not leave my house. she had puppies exactly 63 days after she was at his house which is the exact amount of gestation days for puppies. He took ZERO responsibility when I made numerous efforts to amicably resolve the issue and ask that he help contribute financially for some of the medical costs. Her Csection cost $3k alone! I informed him we were not angry we just would like him to help us find homes for the puppies and contribute to expenses. He told me if I contacted him again he would file a report of harassment. Unbelievable. We are good honest people and only wanted him to do what was right! Looking back there were many red flags and I wish I didn’t continue bringing my dogs there as I do not believe he is fit to care for animals any longer. Now I know he also lacks honesty and integrity. PLEASE find somewhere else to board your precious animals."
