"Horrible customer service! I went to a different location and was directed to this location. I got there 45 mins prior to closing and they said that NICS was down at all pawn shops and they no background checks could be done for 24 hours. Well I had just left their other location after a successful check and purchuse of a gun! The other location just didn't have two SCCY so they checked this location before I got there! They were more concerned with closing early than customer service or making a sale."
