"I will never do business with this company again. The salesperson insisted on selling me two treatments although I had asked for one. After the first treatment, the technician failed to show up to two separate appointments. When I asked for my money back for the missed appointment, the person in the office said it was against policy. Adding insult to injury, I recently received a call from the company asking if I was interested in another treatment. Zero stars. Very poor service"
"A-1 Pro provided me with a package price to control german roaches that was exceptional. A1 Pro sent me email reminders of the scheduled appointments and a treatment plan to eliminate them. The exterminator showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. The treatments were successful in ridding the pests. Thank you A-1 Pro!"
