"I had a terrible experience with Lapels. I brought in two comforters for cleaning on Wednesday, Sep 20, and was assured they'd be ready for pickup on Friday, Sep 22, at 4:00 pm, as stated on my receipt. However, when I arrived on Friday at around 5:00 pm, my comforters were not ready. I inquired about the status, and the employee had no clue when they would be ready. She made a feeble attempt to contact someone but came back with no concrete information, just stating that one was in the dryer, and the status of the other was uncertain. To make matters worse, when I suggested picking up my comforters on Saturday, I was told they don't operate on Saturdays. This left me completely in the dark about when I could expect to retrieve my items. I initially chose this establishment over others due to its supposedly outstanding reviews, but this experience has left me thoroughly disappointed. The lack of communication and accountability is inexcusable. I expected better service, especially considering the positive reviews. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. This level of service is unacceptable, If management is reading this please contact me as I'd like to express my dissatisfaction."
