Rub-A-Dub Doggie

"I love they they remember my dogs and who I am plus remember what level they were cut at last time or even the lengths during times of the year. You get a lot of perks with just a brush and blow than you would anywhere else, even nails clip or dermal and express anal glands. I don’t know anywhere else that gives those as part of their brush and blow. The prices are on the higher side but TOTALLY worth it. My dogs actually get excited about going unlike when they went to PetsMart, they would pee in my car when I pulled into the lot. They used to be a little lax on pick up and drop off time until a few bad apples ruined that. I’ve never had any issue with any of the staff. There was one time my cockers dew clew’s that was left a little too long and had a point. They let me bring him back even though they were closed and took the time to file it down and make sure the point was gone, then checked the other and rounded it more even though it didn’t bother him. My dogs are always happy when I get there so they mush have a had a good day to be so happy. I just love going there! Matter of fact I need to make an appt for a brush, blow and cut…or what they think needs to be done. Can’t wait to bring #3 to see how he does and they do….he has leash anxiety, and dual layer of fur. Plus he’s never been to a groomer. He’s a 9 month old Corgi puppy. "Don't recommend if you have a doodle/poodle. They will shave your dog regardless of what you ask. We have tried rub-a-dub doggie multiple times, with mat-free dogs that every other groomer has cut as asked in the past. There is a good chance they just want to take the easy way out and shave your dog down instead of spending the time cutting them as asked."

"They did an amazing job on my Harley. She is a13 year old, blind, shih tzu with anxiety. She came back beautiful and happy!"

"Will not be back and do not recommend. I have an older dog that has been to this place once before with no problems we returned for an awful experience. They were unable to complete the grooming but still charged full price. I politely asked if they could offer some sort of discount anything would have been acceptable to me 5% or something to show an effort that they realize the look was not as it should have been. Instead I was VERY rudely told that my dog caused their day to be ruined because they had to take extra time to deal with her and I should have been charged a handling fee. I was even accused of not following vet recommendations because when they called to tell me about the situation I told them I do have medication for her anxiety but when we have used it before she was so sedated that she could not stand. Honestly as a whole I could have dealt with everything other than the complete and total rudness the lady expressed to me. If when I arrived she would have come to greet me and explain the situation politely, I would have understood, but total rudness to your customer is unacceptable."

"I am a new client at Rub-A- Dub doggie. I brought my toy poodle in for and all over shave, face trim, ear plucking, trimming up her head and ears. The customer service was polite and courteous. They did an overall good shave on her body and okay job on the feet shaving. However, her ears are uneven in spots. They did not get all the long hairs. I can tell they did not reshave her face from when I cut her hair 2 weeks ago and they did NOT pluck the inside of her ears. Which I also paid for and I didn't notice till I got home... which is REALLY frustrating. There are some pictures below for reference. You can tell her ears were not plucked because they are full of hair and whiskers are still growing out from when I cut them last. I would consider revising my review if my concerns were addressed, but as of right now I would not recommend this groomer."
