Constantly told a day early are Sod is ready for pick up and get there early the next day and its never ready and now today all of a sudden I can't pick up Sod till after 10am since when. I been coming there 2 years and early in the morning around 8 everytime I come. The people there are Amazing but unfortunately company has no structure to run and organize business. "Very unorganized. I turned order in for two semi loads. The lady office told me they are putting ruts in the field and couldn’t complete my order. I go out to king ranch they are work cuting grass. So basically lied to me so they could take care of another customer. I’d call the office questioning why they did this. Instead owning up to it turned it around on me. She said they have other customers to take care of very sarcastically! I had to remind her she had already told me three days prior that I would be the first and third load that day. I really feel it’s not the lady’s in the office. It’s the manager that changes the schedule and changes orders to take care of favorites."
